Michael J. Jamiolkowski co-founded the company and is the current President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 1985, he co-founded Integrated Silicon Systems, Inc. (ISS), a venture-backed electronic design automation company. ISS went public in February 1994 and merged with Arcsys to form Avant! in 1995 worth $284 million. Mr. Jamiolkowski has 25 years in the industry, including positions at GE Microelectronics and Motorola.

Dr. Stephen R. Breit is Vice President of Product Development. Dr. Breit has 26 years experience in software development and technical applications, including Director of Embedded Technology for Dragon Systems. He has held management positions at Kendall Square Research and at BBN Systems and Technologies. Dr. Breit holds a Ph.D. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Joost van Kuijk is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to becoming V.P. of Marketing, he served six years as the European Technical Director for Coventor. Dr. van Kuijk has more than 16 years of experience in the MEMS field, specializing in Modeling and Simulation. He received a Ph.D. in Micro System Technology from Twente University, where he also received the Diploma in Technology Information. He also holds an MSc in Mechanical and Precision Engineering from Delft University.
